G'day all, just wondering if anyone here has had a similar issue and was able to resolve it or had any advice for me.

I got a Launchkey Mini MK3 a couple weeks ago and was able to use it fine for around 2 weeks. I was running a focusrite scarlett 2i2 simultaneously with the launchkey on ableton no dramas, until a couple days ago when I went to plug it in and it caused a BSOD. I've tried downloading Novation USB Driver 2.26 and uninstalling last update to my laptop but still not working and causing BSOD every time the unit is plugged in.

Error codes for BSOD:

Stop code: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

What failed: mfehidk.sys

For extra information the Scarlett is still able to run fine and I am also able to connect my Traktor Kontrol S3 with no issues as well.

EDIT: SOLVED! It ended up being the McAfee issue - for some reason when I uninstalled it and ran clean up program it wouldn’t work. Ended up having to reinstall OS and then McAfee customer support remote accessed laptop and managed to remove it after a couple of goes.
