Hello from Ontario :)
my bf and I are moving out east this fall (hopefully!) and we're debating between buying or renting. I'm curious as to what the housing market is like for bidding around the Halifax area. Are places actually selling for the listed price, or are they being bid $50,000 over the listed price? Are you able to include conditions when putting in an offer or do you have to bid without conditions?
Any insights you may be able to provide would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
