Hey folks.

I came across some money recently, enough that I could fund a small build or two - think an AFrame, or camp that is mostly powered through solar - and I'm wondering if anyone had suggestions of where a good spot to build would be.

I'm born and raised in NS, hold a Monday to Friday job, and am not some developer looking to fuck up some scenic or pristine nature area.

However, the idea would be to rent it out on short term rentals. Key market is folks who enjoy nature, "off grid-esque", and keep the land healthy.

Anyone coming at me about short term rentals - yea, I get it. I'm living at my mom's. This isn't for that. Middle of the woods, getaway experience.

So, any suggestions would be great! Rivers, lakes, seasides. Areas that are generally 2 hours from the city.
