Severe depressive episode
Post Body
Aside from calling emergency or a hotline, what are the best ways for someone experiencing these symptoms to get meaningful support through the public health system. Is the primary pathway through a family physician or, if you donβt have one, Maple Health?
I have noticed there are tailored programs for individuals with substance dependence but what about when this is not the underlying cause of symptoms?
