Is Notion really free for individual use no matter how much data I upload or blocks/pages I create?

Question because I wanna know its worth writing diary entry in Notion or should I just use it for planning and other stuff?
Also, initially when I was experimenting with notion, I downloaded a lot of templates and then Notion refused to add blocks saying I need to purchase extra space.
So is Notion really free for life?
