I know that this will be a highly controversial opinion, but I just can't understand the hype around City Haunts.

Don't get me wrong I don't think it's a bad song. I just think it's a little bit on the bland side. Like it starts off really well I really like the refrain it's very catchy. But then it just doesn't go anywhere. It feels like it had a lot of potential but they didn't know what to do with it.

I feel like that was a bit of a common theme with this album. I like it overall and there are some bits I love. For example Tomorrow is Closed I've been listening to on loop. Such a good song. And I think Green Eyes : Sienna is a beautiful song. Overcome is another highlight for me. But there's a few songs that have great bits but just don't seem to do much. Talking to myself being another example.

Maybe my thoughts will change with more listens. Also I'm on a post glasto comedown so I think I have a bit of a negative outlook on everything at the moment😂

I'd like to know what others think. Anyone agree with me?
