Hello,

My wife and I have fallen in love with Norway, and we want to live there with our savings. We have several questions:

With what amount of money can we buy an apartment in Oslo, in the Bjorvika district (our favorite)? In a 3-4 room apartment with a nice view, if possible.
If I'm not buying an apartment, but renting one, still in the Bjorvika district, how much would the rent be around each month?
How much money do we need to live in Oslo, apart from rent, food and a few outings, per year?
Will we have to pay taxes if we only spend money from our savings (we don't plan to work) and if so, how much?
