Hey! I was looking at booking a stay in Oslo for myself and my girlfriend for her birthday in May and was just wondering whereās the best region / part of town to stay to stay, sheās Norwegian but lives down south so she doesnāt have much experience in Oslo and Iām Irish and have never actually been in the city centre, I want to be as close as possible to the centre or as close as possible to the tourist type things, like shops, restaurants, parks, museums. Something in particular Iād also ove to see is the opera house as I think the architecture is really pretty
Iāve looked at two hotels in particular the āRadisson Blu Plaza Hotel Osloā and the āRadisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel Osloā.
Iām not sure if either of these hotels are ideal for where weād want to be staying, but i appreciate any help as Iām quite useless when it comes to reading maps or figuring out Osloās boroughs as Dublinās just arenāt as close together or it just makes sense to me from being here my whole life.
Thanks in advanced!
I really like Hotel Christiania Theater, a more boutique hotel right by Nathionaltheateret in the centre of Oslo. If you want a hotel with a spa, try The Hub. Or for a cheaper option, Comfort Hotel Express Central Station.
