Does Oslo have the worst climate in all of Europe?

Post Body

These are the countries/places I've lived in for an extended amount of time:

  • South Africa / Johannesburg
  • The United States of America / Florida
  • UK / Manchester
  • Norway / Oslo (now)

Living in Norway has generally been the best place to live out of of all of them, but my God is the weather here horrible. People in the UK love to complain about the weather, but Oslo really makes Manchester look like a tropical paradise in comparison. And this isn't an issue I've had with other places in Norway.

-Bergen was fairly close to the UK's climate, rainy but really not too bad.

-Kristiansand was windy, but warm and enjoyable.

-Trondheim was cold, but at least it way mainly just snow/dry.

Oslo has the worst parts of all of them. Windy, wet, snowy and cold. I think I will move down to Kristiansand this summer if I get the opportunity.
