1) It's uBlock Origin you need, not Ublock.
2) Doesn't matter what browser you use, the browser isn't spying on you, the websites are. Only thing Firefox says it does differently is that it will take less data from you compared to other browsers. So much for total privacy.
3) Install Privacy Badger
