Why did Norway vote for the UN resolution calling for a ceasefire in Gaza but all other Nordic countries abstain from it?

What makes Norway more sensitive to what is happening in Gaza that doesn't concern Finland, Denmark, Iceland, and Sweden as much? All of these countries have a reputation for wanting to uphold international law and a clear policy opposing Israeli occupation. Even countries that are not exactly known for being sympathisers of Palestine like France voted for a ceasefire, but not most of the Nordic nations.

Is there something specific about Norway that made them take a different stand to the others?

As opposed to the Israelis actively hunting down and killing innocent civilians.. right.
