Question: Where do I get garbage and recycle bins from City of North Vancouver?

Hi all,

We are moving to North Vancouver into a recently built building. It is located in City of North Vancouver (and not District of North Vancouver). I was wondering how I can get/request garbage and recycle bins. I didn't find anything on the CNV website. Also not sure if it's responsibility of the builder to provide the bins, in case we have to pay the city to get new ones.
