Recently I found a wonderful meditation practice, very easy to follow, non religious it called Heartfulness Meditation. They have a wonderful Phone App which can connect you with many of their mentors. They used to have a centre around North Vancouver but closed with Covid lockdown and now all done virtually. If you are one of the practitioner of this meditation and based around North Vancouver, maybe we can arrange to meet..
