Hiya I’m 19M bisexual virgin from the northeast looking for some help regarding women

I’m on here posting for some help regarding women as I have severe social anxiety and struggle with autism so chatting to people let alone women is a massive No-No for me so I’m here asking for some tips or offers to help me out.
