Yesterday I used the NC Digital Megaphone to email house and senate members regarding the special session power grab. Today I have received several automatic responses that my email has been delayed due to technical failure. I used the same service a few weeks ago and got some "undeliverable" messages from old email addresses, but this is different. I have checked several of the names that came back and they are active members, both Democrat and Republican. Anyone know what's going on?
