Norse Atlantic changed my flight two times, supposedly rebooked me and I haven't gotten any confirmation. I leave in a week and I'm panicking

I am panicking.

I am going to a wedding early next week in LA and originally booked Bilbao- London, London- LAX for the 12th of December. My flight from London to LAX was changed first to the 13th, later the 14th. I was left with a 50 hour layover in London.

I wrote to customer service who offered to rebook me on a flight on the 12th from London-JFK, JFK-LAX. I accepted the offer two weeks ago and I've heard nothing back. No confirmation, no information on the new flights.

I have sent various emails that have not been answered. I don't know what to do. Does anyone have any guidance?
