As a college athlete (in a speedo, i played water polo) my physical appearance was obviously always on my mind. At the end of my “career” I got injured and had to have surgery twice. During that time I was both the skinniest I’ve ever been (150lbs) and the heaviest I’ve ever been (220lbs). Working out is something my body won’t allow me to do anymore, I’ve had to understand that my body will look how it looks and that should be enough for me.
