I was so depressed here not looking after mmyself not respecting myself drinking not having best guy standards doing pills had awful housemates. I wasn't in gym or exercising at all my diet was awful.
Posting this pic out of pride I turned it all around and am in a miles better place and am confident and enjoying myself and being positive on my terms.
