Have always been very conscious about my torso. The fat around stomach and the chest area. Hitting the gym and lifting weights didn’t seem to work that much. Forced myself to start running outdoors since the last 5 months. Now avg 20K a week and I can see the fat slowly reduce. Now I feel confident enough to step into my balcony shirtless.
