I'm still bulking, trying to eat as much protein and complex carbohydrates as possible. I'm up to almost 5000 calories most days. I'm doing two full-body sessions a week that are about four hours each.
I'm enhanced. I don't suggest this amount of calories and volume at 45 if you aren't.
