I was WAY too hungry and a bit weak with my previous deficit at 2.5 lbs a week loss. So, I increased the protein by a lot and brought the calories up to about a 300-calorie deficit.
I think I'm recomping a bit. I feel a lot better. I increased my carbs and decreased my fat intake a bit, too.
I'm going to try to cruise with this for a while.
