I'm currently cutting very hard. My TDEE is 3600, and I'm consuming 2200. I plan to get very lean before returning to putting more muscle on.

I wouldn't suggest this great of a deficit. Everything I eat is well thought out. This isn't fun, but I enjoy seeing what I'm capable of.
