After they found the fake horse, I thought they said since JJ choked on it, it wouldnt mess with flags again. But in the third act, they put flag colors everywhere to lure it. They were also on the Big Boy balloon at the end, which it gladly ate.
I trust that Peele got it right and I misunderstood, but can someone explain?
