I simply had to post this because my experience with ND’s GS15-4 extract has been nothing short of a game-changer. I bought and consumed a whole bottle orally a number of months ago but I was also taking a number of other things, Shoden and Teacrine among a few another’s, and couldn’t pinpoint the effects of the ginseng. I recently got another bottle of the capsules but this time I’m dosing sublingually. My energy and mood immediately improve about 15 minutes after ingestion. I’ve dealt with depression and a slew of pharmaceutical antidepressant medications throughout my life and let me tell you; this blows them ALL out of the water. Immediate relief. I pair it with ND’s 3% salidroside rhodiola, which is awesome in itself, but I’ve tried it alone and clearly the ginseng is the game-changer.
