Black Maca too strong? Sharing my experience

I'm pretty loyal to ND but saw some good reviews for Maca team's premium gelatinized black maca and thought id give it a try and jesus christ that thing has an effect on me. I'm pretty good at not falling for placebo and have a strong awareness of my body, this thing really jives with me. Just wanted to share my experiences.

It's only been a week on 1 pill a day (750mg) of that stuff. Taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Male 30 yo. No immediate effects but 5-6h in a good sense of calm and confidence. Also more energetic, significantly. I normally drink 3 coffees a day but cut down to 2 since starting this.

The most extreme is libido. I just have to do it everyday I take it.. If I don't i feel as if I hadn't released in a week. This is a double-edged sword but overall positive. The negative is sleep. I'm pretty certain it affects my sleep. It's not that I can't fall asleep, but rather I wake up every hour of the night.

I read a lot of experiences that Maca team's PGB was just too strong on some people and I think i'm one of them. Please don't tell me this is placebo, I'm well aware its not and I'm not posting this for confirmation, but thought i'd let others know. Seems that YMMV on this one.

will likely take this only every now and then probably only on days I know I'll have a ton of social events/be up to late at night.

Hope this was helpful
