I am 35 years old. 78kgs weight, 165cm. Exercise few days a month & it has been like this for few years.
I am taking Nootropil (half tab in morning - 400mg once a day) since last four months. I have observed lately that I am not able last as long as I use to before I started Nootropil. The only other supplement I am taking (for last few years) is Surbex-Z (Zinc) in the morning.
Is there any connection or I am just over thinking? Anybody else in the same boat? I have felt that I last a bit longer when I am not taking Nootropil for 2-3 days.
What can I do to make things better & last longer? Any other supplement I should take?
