Hi
I am interested in trying nicotine patches. Gums I think would be too stressful on tmj joint which can already cause issues for me at times. I used to smoke in the past but never had an addiction. I always thought why just a few fags made my head clearer and allowed me to concentrate better, I only found it out much later that it is because of the effects of nicotine. I can still pick up a few cigarettes when I like and thankfully I don't get addicted to it at all (unlike Netflix :p)
What would be the most effective form of nicotine & least harmful for beginners? and what amount? I don't intend to do it daily, just say 2-3 days max a week when I know I would need a lot of work done. I have read some horror stories on reddit of people taking too much nicotine the first time so I would obviously want to avoid that :) Thank you all!
