Ive been taking nicotine gum lately to read and to listen to lectures. It has been more effective at doing both those things than anything else I've tried including caffeine and any other nootropic. I can control its strength by chewing and it comes on faster than 5 mins.
Please save me the dependence shpeel, I'm a psych major I'm aware of the consequences. I have cigarettes every few days if they're available, but have never had a strong nicotine dependence and bought the gum to stop smoking and with the knowledge that it's a good stimulant.
