I've been reading upon b1 as I am suffering from neck disc degeneration "dis-ease" due to years of boxing and having too many whiplashes... I obviously have stopped competing due to this issue because I have been having dizzy spells and migraines for Years now due to the nerves in my neck being pinched most timed or buldging... Would b1 help my inflammatory issues and brain fog due to this issue? If so, that means I also must take a b complex to compliment the b1. So how many mg of b1 should I take and which kind of b complex would be safe and good for me? Would appreciate the help!
