Hey everyone! I am on day 10 of Noom. I am down 5 pounds and I feel great! My goal is 20 lbs and I’m hoping to be there by end of year. My question is how are you all using your “left over” calories in the evening? To be blunt, I love bourbon. I usually have two glasses at night and still keep it under my count. Is this a big no-no?
