I'm not a big breakfast eater, but my husband makes me eat something. For the last ten years or so we'd gotten into the habit of having a small carb/protein breakfast. We'd commonly split a muffin and have a slice of canadian bacon, or a donut each with a slice of canadian bacon. Or a pastry and two fried eggs. I knew the muffin/donut/pastry was a terrible breakfast but I am just in NO mood for cooking first thing in the morning, so it has to be something I can eat without preparation or cooking. Oh, and both of us hate cereal.
My biggest "food taste" discovery on Noom is that I finally found a healthy breakfast that I enjoy and can quickly pull together before the coffee soaks in: low-fat plain yogurt mixed with fresh seasonal fruit. The fruit does need a little slicing but that's not too onerous. And I've come to adore the flavor of plain yogurt. I'm so happy that I've finally found a breakfast solution!
How about you guys?
