I don't mean the eating plan as much as the psychological habit-building stuff. I'm going really slow in teaching myself how to identify green and yellow foods and eat less red stuff. It's all good, but I've been (happily) spending the last 3 or 4 weeks on my first small goal that I set for myself which is to eat better according to the stoplight system. I have been reading the articles all along, but not really putting all of them into action because I'm not ready to. I wish I could tell the app when I'm ready for the next step, not have it push me to the next step each week. Anybody else feel like that also?
