So I see posts here talking about calorie limits in Noom and going over and whatnot. I look in the app and it seems very confusing how they're handling calories. They don't show me my daily "limit", so how are you guys knowing what yours is?
Also, it's just odd, because when I look at the food I've logged for a day the totals don't seem to add up to any specific number. For example, today I've eaten 1531 calories having logged only breakfast and lunch, and it says I'm 321 calories over (1531-321=1210).
Yesterday I logged all three meals with no snacks that total 1557 calories and it says I went over by 237 calories (1557-237=1320).
The day before that I logged all three meals with no snacks that total 1686 calories and it says I went over by 416 (1686-416=1270).
Also, I have logged exercise a couple times and it's not at all apparent that it gives me more calories to work with in the app. How do you guys see or know how much more you have to work with when you log exercise?
