I joined Noom two weeks ago and am finding success so far with one caveatâŚ
What has shocked me the most since joining is snack foods that I once considered âhealthyâ are actually orange items. While itâs a little depressing that my snacking pool got significantly smaller, I guess itâs a good thing that Iâm learning what I should be putting in my body.
I do a good job of eating a balanced diet for my three main meals, but if I get hungry in-betweenâŚthatâs where things get tough. I donât want to be eating apples and carrots for mid-morning and mid-afternoon snacks for the rest of my life.
That being said, what snack foods are Noom-friendly and either Green or Yellow? And that actually taste good?
