It's pizza night and I don't know what to eat. I do NOT want a grilled chicken salad. I have 800 calories I can use but the database is all over the place with Italian food. (How DARE they answer me with "Domino's." I live in New Jersey, sir. SIR.) Honestly I'm not even asking for suggestions, by the time I come back to this dinner will be done & sorted, I just hate the shame-and-indecisive spiral I go down in situations like these. This is why I stopped dieting. This is what I need to change, right here. I feel like Noom has tried to prepare me but I'm just perplexed. waaah.
