or rather, what nootropic or supplement do you think is underrated, one you couldn't live without ?

My favorite is probably agmantine sulfate. It does several things and a small 2-3 day cycle will help reset receptor tolerance a little. then most stuff from everychem like the Bromantane nasal spray for more dopamine or TAK-653 for cognitive increases, with a 4th maybe being carnosic acid or ashwaganda somtimes (it works for me)

but you'll also hear of stuff that you'd think are benign or that are completely unknown, like l-theanine somehow still being the best thing they've raken after trying 20 other things, or how basic things like creatine or megadoses of melatonin can have nootropic affects, to some random research chemical or new chemical that's had a few papers on. a lot has studies on human brains, most of the more obscure stuff not, but even, some are even be trialed for stufd like depression, so, I want to see what's popular and what hidden gems are out there.

every community out there also approaches it differently, some are based around ideas people or brands whike others existed far before reddit became what it is now. regardless, it's more than not likely that you haven't found your ideal nootropic, and I want to discover them all ,

for the time and money I've put in so far, I feel my life personally has benefited greatly and I want to continue that, so, what's your hidden gem ?
