Most drugs are thought of to add something good to the body, but what about one's that are for cleaning the bad stuff out?
The only ones I'm really aware of are TMG which helps remove homocysteine, and NAC which vaguely "removes toxins" as far as I'm personally aware. As in, they don't make your body produce less bad stuff by shutting down important metabolic processes, but they simply help with the cleanup of the byproducts in a seemingly more holistic way.
What's out there to remove Creatinine or other bad stuff? What are some other waste buildups related to cognitive impairment or all cause mortality that I could focus on trying to remove with nootropics?
