Will dph for 1-2 nights help get rid of nicotine withdrawals/speed up the process

For withdrawals Iām having muscle spasms/tremors and heart palpitations. My logic is that dph will speed up the process of nicotine withdrawals via upregulating acetylcholine receptor density since withdrawals I believe are from agonizing acetylcholine receptors.
