Goal(s) for today and what I did to achieve them:

✔️ 1. Keep my room clean.

• Organized my trash and my clothes for laundry day.

✔️ 2. Practice drawing every day.

• 1-hour sketch!
• Wasn't expecting it to come out nicely but, it was pretty decent! :D

Rating my day: 7/10

Today is my day off so I decided to sleep in until I had to go to the doctor for a check-up. Honestly could have woken up and done more stuff but, I've been looking forward to a day of sleep since last week.

Also, today (08/21) marks the 100th day of me trying to build up the habit of drawing every day! I started doing this just to build up a habit of picking up my pencil and attempting to draw pictures. Just draw/sketch anything, I thought to myself. Though I wasn't able to meet my goal of doing it every single day, I am very glad that I started this journey and I aim to do better in the future! Hopefully, in the next hundred days, I can fix my mistakes from the previous one.

Thoughts/reminders to wrap up the day:

• Stop negotiating with yourself. The anxiety of starting will only last for a few minutes. When it passes, you'll find yourself enjoying your time. So, just do it!
• "Sometimes all you can do is hope that tomorrow is a better day!!"
