Goal(s) for today and what I did to achieve them:
1. Work.
- Only had to submit my clips and finish my presentation; both done!
2. Practice drawing every day.
- 20 minutes doodling.
3. Keep my room clean.
- Took out the trash.
- Cleared my desk.
4. Exercise.
- 20 minutes cardio.

Fell into a spiral the past week. Had to do major adjustments at work because of the lockdown. And... I don't know, I just felt so exhausted and burnt out from work, and my thoughts. I still did my work and practiced drawing every day, inserting working out every other day. But other than those, I couldn't bring myself to do other things. Couldn't bring myself to talk to people. I'm just glad that I still managed to make my days non-zero days (especially the practice drawing part of my goals).
I hope I can pick up where I left off.
