Goal(s) for today and what I did to achieve them:

1. Keep the room clean.

  • Cleaned up my desk after snacking all night.

2. Practice drawing every day.

  • 20 minutes doodle today. Couldn't really think of what to draw...

3. Exercise.

  • 10-minute short exercise because I woke up a little late.

4. Check in on my daily log.

  • Cleared all tasks today! :D

Reminders/Thoughts to wrap up the day:

Work:

  • Learn to say no, especially to demands you know you can't meet. You're trying to do your best, and you know you can only do so much. You're not being lazy.

Self:

  • Stop negotiating with yourself. The anxiety of starting will only last for a few minutes. Once you get the hang of it, you'll find yourself enjoying your time. Just do it and trust the process.
  • Take it easy. If today doesn't give you the results you want, try again the next day.
