Day 16 - Hello again

Goal(s) for today and what I did to achieve them:

1. Keep the room clean.

  • Cleaned up my desk.

2. Practice drawing every day.

  • 1-hour doodle! This is the longest I've gone so far in one sitting if I remember correctly.
  • While I'm far from finishing neat pieces, I thought it would be nice if I can share my scribbles. Maybe in the future when I'm a bit more confident.

3. Exercise.

  • 10-minute walk. Rained almost all day today and it was damn humid.

4. Check in on my daily log.

  • Cleared all tasks today! :D

Reminders/Thoughts to wrap up the day:

Work:

  • Learn to say no, especially to demands you know you can't meet. You're trying to do your best, and you know you can only do so much. You're not being lazy.

Self:

  • Stop negotiating with yourself. The anxiety of starting will only last for a few minutes. Once you get the hang of it, you'll find yourself enjoying your time. Just do it and trust the process.
  • Take it easy. If today doesn't give you the results you want, try again the next day.
