Day 14 & 15

Ah geez, I've been drained out of my wits lately. I wanna get back into the loop again!
Goal(s) for today and what I did to achieve them:
1. Keep the room clean.
- 14&15: Swept the floor and cleared my desk after snacking.
2. Practice drawing every day.
- 14&15: 30 minutes doodle.
3. Exercise.
- 15: 20 minutes of stretching and exercise.
4. Check in on my daily log.
- 14: Half of the daily tasks are done.
- 15: Completed all tasks today! :D

Reminders/Thoughts to wrap up the day:
Work:
- Learn to say no, especially to demands you know you can't meet. You're trying to do your best, and you know you can only do so much. You're not being lazy.
Self:
- Stop negotiating with yourself. The anxiety of starting will only last for a few minutes. Once you get the hang of it, you'll find yourself enjoying your time. Just do it and trust the process.
- Take it easy. If today doesn't give you the results you want, try again the next day.
