Day 12 & 13
Post Body

Decided to just relax and chill on my weekends. Still managed to do stuff for non-zero days though! :D

Goal(s) for today and what I did to achieve them:

1. Keep the room clean.

  • 12: Swept the floor and washed the mugs left in my room. Cleared my desk after snacking.
  • 13: Folded my clothes and organized my closet.

2. Practice drawing every day.

  • 12: 30 minutes doodle.
  • 13: 20 minutes doodle.

3. Exercise.

  • 12&13: 20 minutes exercise.

4. Check in on my daily log.

  • 12: Half of the daily tasks are done.
  • 13: All boxes ticked! :D

Reminders/Thoughts to wrap up the day:

Work:

  • Learn to say no, especially to demands you know you can't meet. You're trying to do your best, and you know you can only do so much. You're not being lazy.

Self:

  • Stop negotiating with yourself. The anxiety of starting will only last for a few minutes. Once you get the hang of it, you'll find yourself enjoying your time. Just do it and trust the process.
  • "There's nothing for it but to try and do better. Day by day, moment by moment."
  • Take it easy.
