Goal(s) for today and what I did to achieve them:
1. Do focus work for 6 hours.
- Did 4 hours worth of tasks. Things went smoothly, rather too smoothly that I feel like I did something wrong, but I'm quite content with the outcome.
2. Keep the room clean.
- Cleared the desk and floor.
❌ 3. Practice drawing every day.
- Got knocked out from tiredness, I guess. Will commit extra time next day to make up.
❌ 4. Exercise.
5. Check in on my daily log.
- Half of the boxes ticked.

Reflections/Thoughts to wrap up the day:
I really feel awful whenever I miss a task or two especially when they concern my hobbies. I don't really know what to think of it and I always fear that I'm gonna spiral down again. I don't quite know what my mindset needs to be whenever something like this happens due to just being too tired to move or maybe unforeseen situations. So, I just try my best to make up for it the next day, but then I also feel like I'm just negotiating with myself and I'm going back to my old cycle, and I'll come down spiraling again so, I don't know.
I just woke up to log and share these thoughts, I guess.
Reminders:
Work:
- Learn to say no, especially to demands you know you can't meet. You're trying to do your best, and you know you can only do so much. You're not being lazy.
Self:
- Stop negotiating with yourself. The anxiety of starting will only last for a few minutes. Once you get the hang of it, you'll find yourself enjoying your time. Just do it and trust the process.
- "There's nothing for it but to try and do better. Day by day, moment by moment."
