Goal(s) for today and what I did to achieve them:
1. Do focus work for 6 hours.
- Finished today's workload within 3.5 hours. Didn't really have a lot to do today... plus it was a pretty lazy day.
2. Keep the room clean.
- Cleared my desk of snacks and water bottles.
- Put dirty clothes into the laundry basket.
3. Practice drawing every day.
- 50 minutes of sketching!
4. Exercise.
- Did about 30 minutes of stretching and cardio.
- Need to find a guide or something for this. I didn't really know what I was doing earlier lol.
5. Check in on my daily log.
- Ticked all boxes today!

Reflections/Thoughts to wrap up the day:
I've been feeling a lot tired lately, especially after work. More mentally tired than physical. It might be because of what we've been doing at work lately, plus the hot, humid weather. I'm not complaining about the work demand but the tiredness I feel after it prevents me from doing my after-work activities. Which is a bit, eh, because they really are just the things that I look forward to every day. But I figured I should go on with them anyway. Better to do a little than do none, I suppose.
Reminders:
Work:
- Learn to say no, especially to demands you know you can't meet. You're trying to do your best, and you know you can only do so much. You're not being lazy.
Self:
- Stop negotiating with yourself. The anxiety of starting will only last for a few minutes. Once you get the hang of it, you'll find yourself enjoying your time. Just do it and trust the process.
- "There's nothing for it but to try and do better. Day by day, moment by moment."
