Goal(s) for today and what I did to achieve them:

1. Do focus work for 6 hours.

• Did 3.5 hours of focus work. Didn't have that much to do today because I accidentally did most of them yesterday.
• Still kept track of my progress with Pomodoro. Had quite a few distractions but I still managed to finish things.

2. Keep the room clean.

• Tidied up my desk.
• Returned water bottles lying around my room.

3. Practice drawing every day.

• 30 minutes of doodling/sketching.
• I really enjoy drawing my game character. Sadly, my skills aren't up to using 3d references yet.

4. Check in on my daily log.

• Cleared all boxes today!

Reflections/Reminders to wrap up the day:

Work:

• Learn to say no, especially to demands you know you can't meet. You're still trying to do your best, and you know you can only do so much. You're not being lazy.
• Been enjoying the free time I get every time I finish my set of tasks for the day, and I feel less burnt out.

Self:

• Stop negotiating with yourself. The anxiety of starting will only last for a few minutes. Once you get the hang of it, you'll find yourself enjoying your time. Just do it and trust the process.
• "There is no other way besides keeping on drawing."
• "There's nothing for it but to try and do better. Day by day, moment by moment."
