Goals and what I did to achieve them:
✔️ 1. Do focus work until 6 pm.
- Collectively did 5 hours of work today. Wasn't able to finish all my tasks but I raised the quality of my other works. Overall, I am somewhat satisfied. Planning to aim for 6 hours of focus work starting tomorrow.
❌ 2. Practice drawing every day.
- Felt mentally exhausted from work to even touch a pencil. Will add an extra hour tomorrow to make up for the lost time.
✔️ 3. Check in on my journal.
- Missed some boxes; putting them on the list for the next day.
✔️ 4. Sleep before 1 AM.

Reflections to wrap up the day:
Work:
- Regulating my mindless browsing still needs some work.
- Planning to look into the Pomodoro technique for my mini-breaks, and see if that will also help me regulate my browsing.
Self:
- Need to stop negotiating with myself when it comes to my hobbies and practice, else I'm not going anywhere and I'm just gonna fall into depression again.
- Logging on here and focusing on accomplishing my goals has been helping me and my mental health lately, which is good, but I can't seem to fit in my social life without sacrificing either one.
- I think I'm having problems.... with my... attachment to people... I'm not really sure how to explain it.
Overall: Work-wise, it's been a quite satisfying day. Hours spent after work needs to be more organized and regulated to achieve productivity in personal life.
