Hello, I've been tracking my time management with an app for a while but I always find myself either forgetting about it or putting it aside, more often the latter because of certain.... distractions. Then I would reset and go through that whole cycle all over again, accomplishing absolutely nothing. So I thought I'd try something new.
As for my goals, this July I would like to:
- Do focus work until 6 pm.
- Practice drawing every day.
- Sleep before 1 am.
- Check-in in daily on my journal.
I hope that at the end of each day I'll feel accomplished. A big struggle of mine is that I tend to put things off to the side a lot especially when I'm feeling somewhat down, even though deep inside I know I should do this and that to feel better. But wallowing in sadness felt easier...
