Day 0. Goals.

Trying for the second time. I remember doing this before and enjoying it but I had to stop after my days started blurring together and falling into depression.

And I really want to build up a habit of doing things. It's always been my weakness.

Things I would like to achieve by doing NZD:

  1. Focus work for 3-5 hours. (No mindlessly browsing the internet)
  2. Practice drawing. (Doodles and sketches)
  3. Read (and finish) The Alchemist. And start a new book after. Basically just building the habit of reading everyday.
  4. Get my 30-minute nightly walks.
